  3. WinECJ Dynamic Link Library version 1.1

  5. WinECJ DLL features a JPEG decoding routine that client applications
  6. can incorporate for fast JPEG decoding. An application program calls
  7. ECJ_Decode() the same way it calls any other Windows routines.
  8. Upon completion a Device Independent Bitmap (DIB) is returned.

  13. - Callback mechanism can now be disabled (for Visual Basic?)
